    Ok

I have seen that J too. It was featured in a 2008 issue of Live Steam
magazine. I think it lives somewhere in either Virginia or one of the
Carolinas. That you for the compliment of my steam locomotive. It makes the
rebuild worth it to me even more. Good luck with school. I have seen a
couple of GS-4’s out in California and they were stunning. There was also a
    GS-2 also.

Agreed! My plan was to have patterns made up, and then have enough castings
made to make 4 northern type locomotives (2 GS4’s & 2 UP FEFs). This
‘project’ has been my motivation to finish Graduate school quickly. I’ve
seen one 1/8th scale J and it looked beautiful, your locomotive was sharp
    too!

I agree Blake! Lol. Diesels are much cheaper though. I’m planning on buying
a Bachmann Spectrum J soon, so that’s one more.

  • Illinois Valley Productions says:

    You need more steam locomotives.

  • Illinois Valley Productions says:

Save up enough money and buy a 1/8th scale J. The Bachmann J is nice but a
live steam J, now that can’t be beat.
